Bunkhouse

We offer a bunk house that can sleep 8 comfortably with a bath and full kitchen 

At the KickBACK we want you to relax and enjoy your hunting experience.  You will have a quality hunt with guides who are knowledgeable of  both the ranch and the animals.  

We are a high quality, small take hunting lodge on 2,000 acres in Tom Green County.  We have quality Whitetail that have the perfect genetics and environment for our area.  In addition to trophy class Whitetail deer, a variety of exotics are available - Addax, Red Stag, Red Sheep, Mouflon, Elk, Blackbuck among others. 

The land has been in our family for over 40 years and continues to be a place for relaxation and rejuvenation as was the original intent.  The homestead cabin, now over 110 years old remains and is part of the main cabin.  

Covering over 2,000 acres, all high-fenced, there is plenty of area for a true hunting experience.  We can challenge the experienced hunter but also provide the perfect environment for a new hunter or family that wants to hunt together. 

Over the last 20 years with excellent whitetail management efforts, the deer population has produced quality deer with superb genetics being introduced in the past 5 years. 

A decision to bring in a variety of  animals in the deer family; Barasingha, Pere David's and other deer led to the introduction of various exotic animals as well.  This provides unique viewing opportunities for those who have never had the opportunity to see many of these animals such as African plains game.

Main Cabin

The main cabin is where meals are served and guests are invited to visit, watch TV and share the days adventures.

​The KickBACK is a family owned ranch that has been developing whitetail deer for the last 20 years.
